Mentors are trained individuals who are living well with chronic kidney disease, or who have donated a kidney. A mentor's role is to inspire, encourage, and support their mentees.

Mentees are people who would like support in their journey with late-stage chronic kidney disease, dialysis and/or transplant. 
Mentees are also people who are considering donating a kidney or have already donated.
Mentees want to connect with someone who has made positive adjustments to living with kidney disease or after donation.
